The War on Balloons

Not so simple, maybe

If you've ever been up in a balloon, I'll bet you're not a big fan of shooting them down. It's peaceful in a balloon. You don't feel the wind, even, because you're going with it. Maybe that's why some otherwise public-spirited politicians can bear it that the wind beneath their wings is the idiocy vote. Or maybe it's more painful for them than that.
