A Long Island husband and father named Rex Heuermann, who has just been arrested on strong evidence as "The Gilgo Beach Killer," was interviewed on video last year by a French outfit called Bonjour Realty. The topic was Heuermann's expertise in getting building-permit applications approved for clients in New York City.
